Child policy

	Child below 5 yrs of age sharing the parents bed: no charges
	Child between 5yrs and 12 yrs : extra bed charge with parents

Re-confirmation on Reservation

Booking will be re confirmed on receipt of full payment, 2 weeks prior to the date of arrival of the guest.

Cancellation policy

	Cancellation received up-to 3 weeks prior to arrival : 80% will be refunded.
	Cancellation received between 2 weeks and 1 week : 50% will be refunded.
	Cancellation received within 1 week prior to arrival: No refund.

Mode of Payment

	Payment should be made by way of Demand Draft in favor of “ Dreams Beach Resort, Varkala, Trivandrum”.
